  1. In Fact here is Noel... Pining for your return and finding comfort in the arms of a Minnion.
  2. Hey Darren I noticed (Through internet snooping) that you went to Leisure Casino Slots to shoot yesterday video and not the old favorite Leisure 2000. Just think of that lovely coffee you missed out on and Noel Edmunds must of been horrified as you walked past... Was it just a change is as good as a rest or have they stopped you recording?
  3. As soon as Eastenders finished the starting pistol went off... Laptop out and logged on to Dream Vegas set punt at £2 a spin and off we went... Bees were few and far between and money was draining away... the room was starting to fill with tension as the fantasy quick hit was becomming just that.... A fantasy. I then for some unknown reason pressed the section that shows the progress to filling the hive and read the blurb. My eyes popped out of my head and my face reddened as I reailised that we had to FILL the 5th section before the bees swarmed. I assumed they swarmed during filling the last section... Just my luck the wife read it also... An icy chill decended in the room and a stare that could kill a man at 50 paces was directed at me... I had screwed up. Anyway resetting the stake to 20p we carried on filling the 5th part of the wheel of honey. It didnt take too long in fact it seemed to play better at 20p but we have substained a bit of damage from the £2 plays we made earlier. Finally got the wheel filled at about 9.30 then back to £2 for the grand final. Coco was at the ready as it could turn into a long night... Off we went. It took about 10 minutes and no more than 10 bees to trigger the swarm. Excitiment filled the room as they all came out of the hive ready to attack... we took 4 direct hits then the spins started and by the time it finished we were quite........................................................................................................ satisfied with the result although it seems a lot of work and risk for what was a small return. We didn't lose which is always a bonus... mainly due to how quickly it swarmed (see Metholdan... being quick is sometimes a good thing 😊) it was an experience to build the hive and see the result but not one I will flock to do again in the near future. Anyway the grand total is..
  4. Had a bit of an on-line session with the misses last night (Come on mentholdan get it out of your system lol 😮) playing Swarm on Dream Vegas. We managed to get to the 5th level playing at 20p a spin in about 90 minutes and showing a small profit of about £18 too boot. Anyway tonight it will be ramped up to £2 whilst hoping to get the little honey bees to swarm out of the hive. will it be sweet, sweet honey or is there a sting in the tail - let you know tomorrow. Wish us luck 🤞
  5. Naaa she would be more inclined to say "I wish you would give me this much money" 😊
  6. On-line casinos or bricks and motar ones a £2 stake is enough for me but I do believe they need to up the returns in bookies and arcades and get rip of the £500 cap its all a very distorted un-level playing field at the moment.
  7. Deposited a couple of hundred with Dream Vegas and was having a little play yesterday afternoon and decided to let the wife have a little spin... After only 5 or 6 spins she hit the bonus and off she went with re-trigger after re-trigger until after what seemed like ages she finished with her biggest win on a slot ever... Nice way to end the week
  8. Nice one and welcome back... Its funny as I did the same and took a month away from playing and commenting on the forum although I still watched the videos. I came out of my self-imposed spell of cold turkey on Monday... Just remember Family trumps everything in life.
  9. Debit Card all the way... One attached to a separate account
  10. Ah this has got my juices flowing Darren... there are so many on-line games seeing some of the more obscure ones played would be great, I came across a version of Senior Burreto on Dream Vegas that played well but I cannot remember its on-line name
  11. Yep... That was some rack in 2D... certainly drew me towards the 3D version
  12. LIke most machines it is proberly worth a punt when it is first released but should be assigned to the avoid list soon after... Now when is "Rocky megaways" about to hit the market?
  13. The House Of Commons has good old Ken Clarke as the father of the House... We have Mentholdan as the father of the forum but I have not seen any posting by him in the last few days which is very unusual to say the least. His wisdom and anecdotes brighten up the place. I have no doubt he is alright, but if everyone could just check out their local Paddy Power bookies for a 63 year old grouch placing a lucky 15 on the horses and feeding the change into Eye of Horus before exiting with many hundreds of pounds we can make certain that the makers of Horus have not ordered a hit on him 😀. If you see him... tell him to get typing again... it helps keep the old rheumatism at bay.
  14. Completley agree... Darren has a formular that works so no need to change👍
  15. On-line... if your going to be raped and pillaged you may as well have it in your own comfortable surroundings
  16. Update... Well I got off to a great start... The Grosvenor site kicked me off everytime I logged-on. after about 8 attempts I gave up so no action Friday night... or to be more positive no loss Friday night. Tried again Saturday about 6pm same happened... went to contact customer services and they came back with a message that they were experiencing problems with the site so nothing was going to happen Saturday either, until.... The wife suggested trying somewhere else which I thought "why not" so I quickly joined Dream Vegas deposited £600 and I was all ready to go. Started off with the old Eye of Horus at 50P to see if it would give me a decent game on lower stakes... It didn't... after £100 and no bonus... about 2 teases and a few little wins I gave up. Then played Safecracker again took ages to bonus on £1 spins but seemed to always be putting some good base wins in when I did get the bonus it paid about £60. Then had a punt on Hight Voltage... Never played this before and it was brilliant.. Bonused 4 times in the 15 minutes I played it came off it up on the session by about £150. Spurred on by being ahead for he first time in ages I pressed on with the Goonies... £200 in not a single bonus or feature... the swinging guy never swung by and the key flashed about 5 times then unflashed.... nothing would drop in... I was back in a loss so I moved back to Horus but at £1 a spin thinking the boy in a dress will come good in the end ( As I always do)... He didn't another £100+ gone. I had been playing for about 5hrs at this point and bed was calling me so I put my toys away. Sunday morning arrived and the wife was going off to Buck Palace for a snoop around and Fortums & Masons for some shopping so I needed to amuse myself for the day... I still had about £450 of my stake left so first call was the "Goonies" at £1 as it may have sorted itself out overnight I thought... £100 later and still no bonus, no feature and no swinger I gave up... That is now on my banned list till next time. Back to Safecracker... nothing.;.. not even close to a bonus another £100 gone... Never mind I thought... "Final Countdown" at £1... another I have never played and got the bonus within £20... It paid peanuts ended up losing £50 leaving me with just £200 in my kitty. Urgent action required I thought so it was time for "Action Bank" at £2 a spin... Well that didn't work and within 90 minutes of starting my Sunday slots session I was wiped out (now I feel the Bandits pain) So not the greatest weekend but on a brighter note the wife had a good time.
  17. Wow... Thats your night sorted then !!
  18. May even try a bit of horus at 50p to see if that works as well
  19. Going to hit the Grosvenor Casino site tonight and have a couple of hundred on Safecracker Megaways. Feel its my night tonight so confident in placing this post in the big wins section of the site in anticipation of the joy to come... will let you know how it all pans out Have a good weekend everyone... and may all your flutters be fruitfull
  20. Very nice... What stake was it at?
  21. Nice payout Darren... Seems you are on a bit of a roll casino wise... Wednesdays video playing Rocky... It looked like you played the machine on the right as you stand in front of the 3 of them... When I got the feature on Rocky playing that a few weeks ago I'm 99.9% sure the music was the new version not the origional... Can you try the other two and see if they are the same at some time
  22. Happy Birthday mate... Enjoy your punt today play this machine and I hope you win a big slice!!!
  23. Just about to hit 60.... best and most supportive wife in the world along side me, 2 sons who are fantastic young adults... Born by the seaside and still call my birthplace home even though I left it 40 years ago the smell of the sea, the cry of gulls, flashing lights on machines and screams from a fairground are sights and sounds that relax my mind and body I love British Seaside resorts and hope one day they will become popular again and cash will start to flow back into them... But I can't do it alone the wife keeps telling me 😀 I used to be a tramp in London many years ago so started from the bottom and worked my way up and at this moment I'm planning my retirement and winding down hence all my forum viewing is during office hours when I am taking a break. I don't go into bookies, I used to love poker (texas holdem) but not played for ages dont smoke or drink (now) used to smoke far too much and drank like an Irish navvy. Stumbled accidently across Stop & Step but liked the way he presented himself... In the old days he would always start his vodeo with "Bookies today" or "Arcade Session Today" even "Bingo Hall" today and it reminded my of the introduction of playschool when I was a kid when they started with "today we will be looking through the round window". THe wife and I would bet on where we thought he was before we started the video... Now he get shown on the big screen at home every night at about 6.30. The forum was a great addition for all the reasons already mentioned and long may it continue
  24. Have you been talking to my accountant Mentholdan? But yes you are right, £2k does put him in my annual wage bracket 😌
